Message There is no question in my mind, the B&B tips look totally awesome, but the Labree wins in every other way. It was so hard for me to part with the look of the B&B. I like the "sleeper" look, and almost always go for function over form, but the B&B tips were my one aesthetic indulgance. They match the valence in the rear bumper perfectly. They were the one clue to the guy behind me as to *why* he was behind me.

In the end though, I simply couldn't take the splitting headaches I got from the B&B's sub-3K resonance on the highway. The B&B is just way too loud. I switched to the Labree resonated X-pipe and new design minimal bend mufflers. The sound is awesome, and the volume is quite tollerable. I get more compliments on the sound of the Labree than I ever did with the B&B.

Also, the Labree does look good. The welds on the cans are ground down and polished for a seemless look, and the tips, well, they are a beefed up and reminiscient version of the stock look, which is cool in it's own way.

The construction on the Labree is better. One of the exhaust hanger welds on my B&B let go, and the Labree fit better out of the box (though I still needed to have it heated and tweaked to fit just right).

Most of all, the Labree flows better. I didn't dyno the difference, but I could feel that the Labree opened the car right up (noticeably in the lower RPM range, but I did go from 3" to 2 1/2", so that should be expected).

Good Luck,

Ian
